Easy Egg Fried rice Indian Style | Tawa Egg pulao | Lunch box recipe | How to make egg fried rice By Jai Padhu


In this video we can see how to make a spicy South Indian Mom's style a egg fried rice which my mom regularly prepares for my lunch as a tiffon box recipe during my school days.

Ingredients :

Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tspn
Urad Dal - 1/2 Tspn
Egg - 2Nos
Boiled Rice - 1 Cup
Onion - 100 Gms
Tomato - 1 No
Green chilly - 1 No (optional)
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 Tspn
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tspn
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tspn (optional) 

 How to make

1.Take a pan add 3 tspn of cooking oil and add mustard &
urad dal to it and add by onion , chilly & curry leaves fry it well.
2.Once onion cooked well now add the tomato to it and fry
it well in the oil.
3.Now add redchilly & turmeric powder to it and salt for taste.
Salt includes for the rice as well.
4.Once the masala cooked well add two eggs to it and cook
it well along with the masala.
5.Egg should be scrambled well and cook it well in medium
flame.
6.Finally add the boiled rice to the egg masala and mix it
well in low flame and allow it to cook for 3 - 5mins.
7.Check for seasoning if required add some salt and pepper
power for spice.
