They are served as a evening  tea time snacks or as a veg starter.
A yummy snack for the winter is this gobi 65.You can serve this with tomato ketch up or red chilly sauce  or with home made coconut  chutney or tomato  chutney.

Ingredients
Califlower / Gobi - 200 Gms
Home Made Chilly 65 Powder 50 Gms
Ginger  Garlic Paste 1 1/2 Tspn
Cooking Oil

How to make
1.Take a bowl add about chilly 65 masala and add ginger garlic
paste to it add some water mix it to thick consistancy.
2.Now add califlower cleaned in hot water to it and mix it well.
Keep it aside for 15 mins.
3.Take a pan heat cooking oil to it and deep fry the gobi to it in
medium flame.
4.Fry it for about 5 mins till it become chrunchy
